During the period of time went I went through hair loss I felt I was to young to be going through it and I knew there was a solution to seeing my hair fall out in chucks into my bathroom sink. For most people hair loss is often times reversible. The key to hair loss and treating it, is figuring out what is causing it in the first place. Causes For Hair Loss - Depression

I know drinking at least 6-8 ounces of water might be hard for some of you, (cause I know) but you must fight with yourself to drink as close to that as possible each and everyday. Hormonal problems Hormones play a big role in hair loss. The thyroid has been known for years to cause hair loss with either and overactive or under active thyroid gland. If you suspect a hormonal imbalance it is important to consult your family physician Causes For Hair Loss -Medications The culprit of your hair loss could be right in your medicine cabinet.
